PROJECT MANAGER (NGO)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferably in construction management/civil engineering)
• Minimum 8 years project management experience in a NGO environment
• Fluent in English
• Advanced AutoCAD skills in a construction environment is a plus
• A multi-tasker with the ability to communicate in a professional and effective manner with wide range of people: executive management, contractors, engineers and project owners
• Understanding of financial management the development, implementation and review of budgetary processes
• Effective time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities task
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

2. To fastening our mining business growth, we are looking for experienced mining candidates, to join us as:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MINING

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering/Geology/Business & Management
• Min. 15 years comprehensive experience in reputable Mining Company, with
• Min 8 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department from exploration until shipment, including coordinating, controlling technical activities: handling mine operation, mine planning, mining projects, etc)
• Experienced in developing mining business (analyzing new sites, handling license, develop network with local government and or masses/citizen)
• Preparing and developing budgeting & financial report
• Familiar with mining software/program such as: minescape, strat model, opencut, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral & written)
