Civil Engineer Manager

Responsibilities:

• Male, 35 – 45 years
• Minimum S1 Engineering (Civil) or equivalent,
• Min. 10 years experienced
• Plan, design, develop and maintain civil infrastructure in mining area
• Manage projects within time and cost factors, coupled with a high level of project management
• Develop designs using CAD design techniques and packages such as AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP etc
• Having a good knowledge of the construction of the mine processing plant
• Having vision to develop organization, people and process excellence
• Strong analytical and managerial skills
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure
• To be located in West Kalimantan

* Must have prior General Managerial experience at a Previous Hotel
* Smart, Energetic, Well-Groomed, Presentable looking
* Required language : English
* Prefered Language : Chinese
* At least 3-5years working experience in related fields is required for this possition
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Professional attitude
* Pleasant personality with a proactive and can-do attitude
* Able to handle tight deadlines
* Excellent presentation skills both verbal and writen
* Possess network of both local and local media contacts
