Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience with minimum 3 years managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Depth knowledge of recruitment process.
• Experience in Coal Mining Industry is a must.
• Solid experience in building HR team.
• Strong understanding about corporate HR system.
• Strong knowledge of employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge about working agreements and interpret labor contracts.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation and or SAP is a plus.

• Familiar with mining software (Mindscape and other Mine scheduling software).
• Trustworthy, Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and under pressures.
• Strong knowledge and experience in mines planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Preferable hold POP Certification.

Requirements:
